I live in another state and needed help in settling my relative's estate. Kurt Schwab did a fantastic job helping me to maneuver through the legal system in Idaho. He kept in touch regularly and made sure the right things were done at the right time. I'm tremendously grateful to Kurt and his assistant Maleah for all they did to help me and my family.

Took my mom to Rathdrum Estate Planning to redo her trust after her husband passed. Kurt and Malia were great to work with. Put together her trust and gave her all the time she needed to review it and ask all her questions. Kurt was particularly careful to make sure she was not being influenced to change her trust against her wishes, and only involved my husband and I when necessary. The process was easy from start to finish, and I will be using them to establish our family trust. We will be picking up the hardcopy of her trust in a week, and they are available to ask questions of at any time.
